Job Summary:

The Associate Agile Coach is responsible for driving Agile maturity across squads and platforms, inspiring a culture built on Agile principles, tools, and techniques. The role involves coaching teams, implementing improvements, and supporting the organization’s Agile transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify improvement areas within squads and platforms

• Implement processes to enhance Agile maturity

• Coach squad members to be autonomous and self-organized

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain best practices

• Conduct Agile trainings for squads and wider audiences

• Monitor and track squad maturity progress and report to Agile Coach and stakeholders

Candidate Requirements:

• UAE National

• Relevant bachelor’s degree with technical components such as coding/programming and project management

• 1–3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Engineer in an Agile organization

• Strong conceptual thinking, strategic orientation, analytical thinking, and leadership skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Jira, and Confluence
