Job Summary:

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across hotel premises, ensuring guests enjoy a pristine and welcoming environment. This is a full-time, non-management role based at Sheraton Sharjah Beach Resort & Spa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces

• Follow hotel housekeeping procedures and safety standards

• Support the housekeeping team to ensure timely and efficient service

• Report maintenance issues and collaborate with team members to resolve them

• Uphold Marriott International’s standards of guest satisfaction and quality

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior experience in housekeeping or related roles preferred

• Team player with strong collaboration skills

• Attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards

• Ability to work full-time on-site at Sharjah location
