Job Summary:

haus & haus is hiring a Business Development Manager for their Holiday & Short Term Rentals team in Dubai. The role focuses on onboarding properties, building relationships with landlords, preparing financial projections, and supporting the growth of the agency’s portfolio. This is ideal for driven, customer-focused candidates with Dubai real estate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect landlords via CRM, Dubizzle, and internal databases.

• Onboard a minimum of 8 properties per month.

• Handle referrals from internal agents.

• Meet with landlords to finalize agreements.

• Prepare and present financial projections to landlords.

• Build daily rapport with potential landlords.

• Conduct market reports and create presentations for stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

• Driving license and access to a car is mandatory.

• Experience in the Dubai real estate market is essential.

• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate landscape preferred.

• Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.

• Proven ability to improve customer satisfaction.

• High proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.

• Confident working in a commission-based environment.

• Advanced troubleshooting, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
