Halian is looking for a skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) to join their dynamic recruitment team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for talent sourcing, candidate experience, and end-to-end recruitment management across various technical and commercial domains.

As a key member of the team, you will collaborate closely with sales and client executives to understand role requirements, attract top talent, and contribute to Halian’s success by delivering high-quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal stakeholders to define job requirements and hiring needs.

• Source candidates using various methods including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.

• Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance.

• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and CRM platforms.

• Build proactive talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.

• Provide market insights and benchmarking to support hiring decisions.

• Represent Halian with professionalism throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within a consultancy or agency environment.

• Strong expertise in sourcing strategies and candidate engagement techniques.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.

• Familiarity with the UAE labor market and regional hiring practices.

• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other recruitment tools.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in tech hiring, particularly at an enterprise or global level.

• Exposure to international recruitment and global client sourcing.

• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.

• Experience working collaboratively within a team environment.
