Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Systematic Trader to join our Dubai-based team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will lead the design, deployment, and refinement of equity trading algorithms. The role is ideal for candidates with a strong understanding of market microstructure, trading infrastructure, and quantitative strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and refine systematic and algorithmic equity execution strategies (VWAP, TWAP, IS, MOC, POV, etc.)

• Monitor real-time execution performance across global exchanges and liquidity venues

• Analyze transaction costs, slippage, and market impact through pre- and post-trade TCA

• Maintain robust execution systems with fail-safes like price bands, kill-switches, and latency tracking

• Collaborate with quant researchers, engineers, and compliance teams to optimize performance

• Contribute to routing logic, market data pipeline design, and venue selection mechanisms

• Provide strategic input during high-volatility or fast-moving market events

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in systematic or algorithmic equity trading

• Deep understanding of market microstructure and order execution dynamics globally

• Strong skills in execution analytics, TCA modeling, and risk control implementation

• Advanced programming skills in Python and/or C++

• Experience working with FIX protocol and low-latency trading infrastructure

• Proven ability to deliver under pressure in real-time market environments
