Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst – HCM (Oracle Fusion) to lead the configuration and optimization of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, with a focus on Payroll, Talent Management, and Core HR. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to bridge business needs and technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Oracle Cloud HCM modules including Payroll, Core HR, and Talent Management.

• Manage data loading using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and develop reports via OTBI and BI Publisher.

• Create and manage HCM Extracts and Fast Formulas.

• Design and support Fusion Security roles, workflows, and approval hierarchies.

• Participate in testing, user training, and production support phases.

• Assist in system integration efforts and apply Redwood Design principles (preferred).

• Liaise between business users and technical teams to ensure successful module delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, IT, or related discipline.

• 6+ years of total experience with 3+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM.

• Expertise in:

  • Oracle Fusion Payroll, Core HR, Talent Management, ORC

  • HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas

  • OTBI, BI Publisher, SQL/PLSQL

  • Fusion Security & Approval Workflows

• Experience with system integrations and Redwood Design is a plus.

• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
