About the Role

Are you detail-oriented, physically fit, and passionate about hospitality? As a Guest Rooms Valet, you will be a key part of creating the immaculate, welcoming environments our guests expect. Your responsibilities will include preparing, servicing, and maintaining guest rooms and common areas according to resort standards, while ensuring safety and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, clean, and replenish guest rooms and suites

• Maintain surrounding areas: corridors, staircases, pantries, lift landings

• Handle mobile supplier and collector carts with care

• Operate equipment safely and maintain a hazard-free workspace

• Adhere to cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times

About You

• Education: High School diploma or vocational training preferred

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role, preferably in a luxury environment

• Skills:

  • Good spoken English

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
