Miral Experiences is seeking a Projects Assistant Manager (Construction) to oversee contractors, subcontractors, and various project aspects, ensuring timely completion within budget. The role involves supervising consultancy, MEP, civil works, fire & life safety, and interior fit-out tasks, along with handling client satisfaction and facility handovers.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage contractors/subcontractors to ensure project delivery within time and budget.

Supervise fit-out works, including interior fixings and equipment installations.
-
Oversee various project aspects such as MEP, civils, FLS, landscaping, and site contractors.
-
Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Handle handover procedures, including snagging, drawing updates, warranties, and documentation.
-
Work closely with departments, authorities, and legal teams for necessary approvals.
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
-
Degree in Engineering (certified/qualified).
-
3+ years’ experience in an engineering-related field.
-
Experience in retrofit/refurbishment projects.
-
Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
-
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and BIM.
-
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Desirable:
-
AutoCAD and BIM management experience.

Knowledge of CMMS systems (e.g., MAXIMO, CAFM, ACONEX).
-
Project management codes and UAE standards understanding.

2-3 years’ experience in an Assistant Manager role.
