Key Accountabilities

1. Develop and implement marketing strategies/plan viz (Advertising / PR Events/Promotions/Exhibitions/ Product Launches) by analysing current business situations to meet business objectives of the particular category.
2. Conduct analysis and periodical reviews of the brand, competition, category, customer and consumer trends to enhance the brand’s equity and marketplace performance.
3. Propose product innovation/product extensions in the Category to increase sales, brand positioning.
4. Leads and collaborates with research & development to develop and execute innovation platform pathways, product innovation.
5. Ensure marketing tools are provided to the trade/sales/exports to achieve their business objectives.
6. Control & monitor the marketing budget allocated to the particular Category and to ensure optimum allocation of resources to different Sales operations.

2-Assistant Warehouse and Logistics Manager

Key Accountabilities

1. Monitor closely warehouse operations during day & night and ensure full compliance to defined processes and targets
2. Support warehouse teams to achieve 100% stock accuracy and perform regular random stock counts as well as full stock counts according to defined processes & policies
3. Support warehouse teams in executing on time & in full hauler turn-around time and truck off- and loading for distribution operations
4. Support warehouse teams to achieve highest productivity & efficiency results
5. Support warehouse teams to ensure stock availability of all SKUs while maintaining a very good stock healthiness ratio
6. Support team to follow FIFO principle and ensure minimum stock for smooth operations
7. Support teams to comply 100% to preventive maintenance schedule for all type of moveable assets

Skills and experience required

1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. 5 to 7 years of experience in Distribution & Warehousing operations
3. Proficiency in Oracle, Excel, Word and Power Point
4. Continuous improvement mindset
5. KPI & Data driven
6. Hands on personality with the passion to drive transformation & change
7. Fluent in English

2-Business Systems Analyst

Key Accountabilities

1. Create functional design document and other relevant documents for end users.
2. Provide training assistance for users
3. Analyze and review enhancements for compatibility, adhere to operating guidelines and perform integration testing.
4. Analyze system capacity and modify procedures to solve interface problems.
5. Provide technical expertise and assistance in designing, testing and developing applications.
6. Monitor application for compliance to IT standards and policies.
7. Collaborate with cross functional teams to maintain efficiency, consistency and achieve successful implementation of applications.
8. Participate in all phases of project development life cycle.

Skills and experience required

1. Retail or FMCG experience
2. Proven experience as an Application Analyst/Support Engineer supporting Sales (SFA) or CRM applications
